Most of us have experienced times that cause great sadness and lead to real anxiety. Often this resulting in feelings of desperation and if unaddressed, depression and poor mental health.

These feelings may be a result of a traumatic event, pressures from work or family difficulties. With busy lives, responsibilities and often with others depending on us, we often dismiss our feelings or fail to understand why we feel, the way we do.

EG Counselling provide short and long term counselling, following an integrative counselling model.  We offer a combined approach to psychotherapy, that brings together different elements of specific therapies.  We believe that this is the best model to meet the individual needs of our clients.

Who are EG Counselling?
