Who are EG Counselling?

EG Counselling was founded in 2020 by directors and therapists Emma Walmsley and Gemma Davis. Emma is now the sole Director and therapist of EG Counselling.

I am a qualified counsellor who has experience in CBT and person-centred therapy. I have extensive experience in working with anxiety, depression and bereavement, I’m an accredited provider for The Foundation for Infant Loss, supporting mother’s and partners that have miscarried, stillbirth or a neonatal loss.

I am registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their guidance and code of ethics.

My aim is to offer a safe space where you can explore any thoughts and feelings without judgement. We will work together to create a therapeutic relationship that can lead to greater insight into your thoughts and behaviours.
